The last one I was a part of had collapsed due to the owner’s childish actions. I did enjoy the experience, but had to take a break after the amount of effort that was required to try and fix the disorder that became of that server. However I enjoyed the fact that a users fun was based in how I set up the events with the other staff, but also the ability to step in when a user is being obnoxious, toxic, or abusive to others.[/b][b]What would you bring to the staff team: I bring experience dealing with trolls and serious complaints. I have experience creating events both on and off the ship. I am also able to bring a fair judgment if there are multiple parties involved. [/b] [b]Do you know basic ULX Commands: I know !noclip will allow me to move through objects and wall and allow me to fly. !god places me in god mode I don’t take damage. !bring [name] allows me to bring a player to me and !return [name] will return them were they were. !goto allows me to go to a user. !cloak allows me to make myself invisible.[/b] [b]Do you know the responsibility of being a staff member: As I have stated throughout yes I do know that being a staff member is a volatile responsibility. Staff members often have to deal with kids which can bring even the most patient to the end of their rope. But it is also about making a users time on the server as fun and fair as possible and removing any toxic players.[/b] [b]What is RDM: RDM is Random Death Match which is usually when one user attacks and kill another without provocation although it can be in retaliation. Both cases are not allowed. The best way to handle being rdmed is to report it to staff. I normally gave a verbal warning, then jailed them for 3-5 minutes, then kicked, then banned for up to 3 days unless is was mass RDM then I would just kick and if they came back and did it again I would perm-ban them.[/b] [b]What is Metagaming & Minging: Metagaming is  failrp it is annoying, but does happen as we are human however repeated offences often become minging which is purposefully breaking rp to ruin the experience for other players these users should be warned, then kicked at the second offenses and perm-banned at the third offence because they are intentional breaking rp.[/b] [b]What do you do if someone RDM's, Minges, and uses Racial Slurs: I personally perm-ban as soon as possible because this person is doing this on purpose. So I remove the problem as swiftly as possible. As a staff how active would you be?: 2 hours at least most days of the week, but it is hard for me to determine right now. How many hours can you put into the server?: Hopefully 2 hours most days.[/b]
