I am applying so that the server has a commander for the 307th. this will give the regiment a good commander that knows the lore of the battalion. it will also give the 307th a good chance at being one of the best, and one of the most active battalions to be on the server. I also do things that most don't do as a commander, such as keeping a roster, keeping control of situations if they get in trouble. i am very well known for making sure that my troopers are in order, and know what they are doing. i hope to make the battalion a strong one, that is useful to the server. i am also applying to make sure that the server has someone in control of a battalion that can make sure that what needs to be done is done. Why are you better than the others applying for this role?: (50-word minimum) again, i am well known for keeping things in order. i keep a roster of the troopers, making sure that i have knowledge of last time promoted, rank, days on the server, and things of the sort. i like to make sure that if they are in a staff sit, that i can provide useful info if needed. i am also very good at making sure that the troops know what they are doing, and making sure that they have a reason to be there, and that they want to keep the area safe, and make sure they do their job. i make sure that rule-breakers and such are caught, and removed as soon as possible. Also, i know the lore of the 327th, and have gotten really good at remembering what is supposed to happen in certain scenarios. Are you willing to take on the role of Commander?: Yes Sir/ma'am! How active will you be?: Active from 5-6 days a week, because sunday is a day i take off of electronics most days, due to the fact that i am christian and am at church. Do you have a working mic? (Required): Yes i do Anything else you would like to state, or we should know about?: No As a Commander of a regiment how active will you be on a 1 to 10?: 9 out of 10 Will you be a fair Commander and NOT harsh but those who need you to be harsh on: Yes Sir/Ma'am Will you treat unworthy soldiers in your battalion hard on and scale from 1 to 10 if they needed to be trustworthy?: I will make sure to treat the unworthy soldiers in a way that is not to harsh, but is harsh enough to make sure that they know when to do something, and how to do it.
